[Amps] AL-811 & 572's

The 572B is a plug in replacement that offers a higher Pd and reliability in 
an 811A amp including the venerable Collins 30L1. Ameritron has recommended 
the swap in their amps along with the transformer ratings caveat.

The slight difference in interelectrode capacity is of no consequense.
