[Amps] Why no 28 MHz

I just repaired two AL1500s  for my friends,
 i found theat these amps  use difference  choke, the  USA version can not work in 10m, you must replace  the original   choke!  I use a vector network analyser  test it.there is a dip point in 10 meter!
