My take:  I live on a city lot and all is fine with the neighbors.   I am
output is 1500 PEP/1200 CW and RTTY,  and no problems with my neighbors with
a 50 feet tower and Telex yagi on it.  I have a nice ground under the tower
with 500'  copper wire and 10 ground rods.  New coax also.  So no TV,
Stereo, and other problems.  Nothing heard after one year here.  I guess I
am lucky.
