Thats how Dentron, Amp Supply and several input board kits do it.

You can add a phenolic wafer to the SB-200/220 type switch or any other that 
shared the same wafer size and detent with ceramic wafers.

Or attach another phenolic switch, even smaller, as long as the detents are 
the same....SB-220 concept for example.
