A phone call to CPI/Eimac will get you some info. Its likely just a 
production tube tested to a certain parameter. This is a common procedure 
for medical products.

Now that we seem to have an understanding of what the YU-158 is, do we know 
what is special about the YU-179? I have one in my Henry 3002, and they seem
