it seems that most of the problem was very inacurate measuring. my wattmeter was a joke. and my math was off. so in fact i have been operating way beyond legal limits. but now i know. i just could not believe that my amps where operating that badly. and in fact they where not. also some of the component values of my shunts where off. i also did not fully understand how high plate voltage had such a negative impact efficency. after getting on here and asking questions and getting the right answers it was like a bulb clicked on. so now forward.
i enjoy building very much. i am a hands on to understand person. but there is a time when thats not safe.then its time to ask questions. thanks for the answers guys.
