[Amps] al-811 wont transmit

Hey Boys and Girls,

I just picked up a used 811.  I was told it was tested prior to me picking
it up with no problems.  After a 150 mile car ride the amp will not
transmit.  I have 1700 volts on the plate and when I key up the rig I get
nothing.  No transmit light and no chnage in the meters on the amp.  The rig
is good and putting out as it should.

I only have the coax going from the rig to the amp and the coax going out to
the antenna.

Any help would be really appreciated!
