[Amps] Please help ID this ETO PA chassis

Hi!

It's a Chassis from a ETO S21-64D. Used for 1.5T MRI Imaging. (64MHz) The
original ETO Amp is capable of  > 25kW Impulse Power and 5kW cw. The first
stage is a SS amp.

Somewhere i have schematics flying around. I will look for it.
