[Amps] Converted '1200 [GS-35B] Output..

Hi guys. I've stumbled into an issue where I prefer to get some feedback
before inviting a "tech" come to my QTH, look at the amp. If I can get some
ideas to throw at him [and have it appear I know what I'm talking about]
then maybe he'll lighten up on the "Big-Brain" syndrome thing.

Now on to the issue we're encountering: output on 160 and 80M is 1.5kW+, 40M
is 1.5kW....but 20M is just about 1kW, 17/15M is about 750W and 12/10M is
about 550W.

Now, with this amp, shouldn't the output be within the same ball park on 15M
and 20M as it is on 40M?? If so, what could be some factors contributing to
the lower output of the higher bands. And what are some suggested
solutions??

[For the record, I'm not interested in operating my amp on 10/12M in the
least, but 15/17/20M are my main concern]
