[Amps] mfj 259

good morning guys,

i have a 6 meter project going with a gs-35. i would like to use my mfj259 on the anode and cathode. i have read all i can find as usual but still don't understand how they come up with the beginning operating parameters. really the only known one i have is plate voltage of 2800v. 

my current output is:

2450 full load
80w drive
1.2ma plate
126ma grid
1000 out 

this does not seem to be right nor very efficient. since i have learned from yall how to calculate efficency my life has been hell. HIHI 30 to 45 percent just isn't enough.
