[Amps] Dedicated RF / tube query

We have roughed-out a plenum & PS design for a 1x8877 & a 2x8877, in 
addition to the 2x & 3x3CX800A7 - utilizing the same chassis.

The 3CPX800 is taking priority now over the 8877.
