The GS-31B is much larger, only one will probably fit but you need to build
a new sub chassis for that tube.
Legal limit will not be possible at only 2.5KV and you need more drive.
I would not do that, the pair of 3CX800A7 will do much better in that amp.

to clarify again... the amp is running a pair of 800s now.
I am interested in replacing them with a pair of GS-31Bs.
