Rag, does HV read on the HV meter?  Yes or No......if no, check both  
fuses, one could be bad.  If HV reads on meter then fuses OK and R3 OK  too.

Ok,  if the tube went out then you would have bad swr.  not likely that 
every  bad input NG.  Also check the relay, maybe relay when engaged not making 
 good contact.  Need to check relay also.

Rag,  I think maybe the coax jumper cable from radio to amplifier went bad.
