[Amps] To rewind or not? (3KA resonant filter choke)

Id start with a scope and see what is happening as well as doing a hi pot on 
the resonating and filter cap. Also measure the resonating cap; if its 
drifted up then the circuit could be resonant too close to 120Hz.

Dont forget to crank down on the choke lamination hardware.
