[Amps] 30L1 transmit problem

Dear Friends,
I have Collins 30L1 amplifier. But also have one problem.
I drive 60 watt
If my lineer is power off;
60Watt pass normally. I read 60 watt my dumyload.
When is my lineer power  is on ;
30L1 transmit relay is working but I didnt take any power ın that case Ma meter is not give any reaction any positions.I drive 100 watt  still is same no any power output. Lineer is working dumyload. :)
I chek HV , relay contacs didnt see any probem . My lamb is mach and newWhat can we do?. Is there any experians this or similar proplem ??
