After a couple days of perusing the web, I cannot find much. - WA8WZG offers good pulls for $350. - A 3-yr old post on eham forums by W9CLA indicates they can be had for $175 but no indication where and no response from email yet. - RF Parts website says "CALL" instead of just stating a price.
