[Amps] addendum to 8877 plate voltage post

I have one 8877 that runs 4200 or so in cut-off and another that runs 
around 4100.
If the tube is in good condition and has some recent hours on it I 
wouldn't worry about it.
If not sure, send it off to someone with a 'gettering' fixture and and 
BVT. (Breakdown Voltage Tester) for gettering and testing.

BTW:
If a BVT shows any arcing below 5KV or so, I'd consider the tube bad 
anyway. Other opinions may vary.
