[Amps] Commander HF-1250 tuning reference chart

Good evening, 





Years ago when I purchased my HF2500 it came with a "starting point" tune sheet which indicated approximate Load and Tune settings for each band. I currently have a HF-1250 here at the moment, which came with no manual. I found the manual online, but it does not contain a tuning reference page/chart. Anyone here have one they can email me as a copy or scanned image?  I would like to have some sort of starting point for each band.
