[Amps] Cheap auxiliary amp cooling

Before everyone goes crazy with adding fans, a few things to keep in mind:

An added fan if not done right can actually disrupt air flow and make
things worse; not better.
An added fan can push or pull air on the stock fan and stress it.

The best bet is to simply pull the stock fan and replace it with an
identical unit in terms of its size but one that has a higher CFM
spec.
