[Amps] water or vapour phased cooling for SS

Many have recently written about water and vapor cooling.  This reminded me that I 
have a used heat exchanger/radiator thingie from a former Alpha 70-V that is just 
taking up shelf space.  I'd part with it for a song, if anyone would care to make an 
offer.
