[Amps] Transistors THP 80V.

Hi to all; 

 

A friend's VHF amplifier has broken down.we have checked it and realised
that it has the final transistors burnt. It's the THP 80V model. I have
tried to find it out around the net but without success. Neither original
nor equivalent.

Can anyone advise where to find it?
