[Amps] Measuring tank coil inductance

The GM3SEK spreadsheet allows for the influence of the plate choke. But if you compute the 
value of the tune capacitor without considering the choke, then you would not connect the 
choke while doing the inductance adjustment. Of course, then the capacitor will be in a 
slightly different place in operation.
