Someone back in the sixties ( SBE ?) made an amp with what ... 16  
sweep tubes ?

Low voltage / high current maybe 500 volts at 10 amps for a 50 ohm  
plate impedance.

Never saw one close up, but it was said that it could take out the  
whole band...

hear-say of course, so disregard unless verified
