Different indexing so if the L has the relay switched input you have to do a 
workaround for that.

I havent looked at the suitability of the Ameritron AL-80 A/B switch but it 
is the same Centralab wafer design as the L. I'll be offering a replacement 
for the AL-80/SB-1000 soon.
