[Amps] Different 3-500Z amplifiers

	IMHO the graphite anode version puts out & maintains WAY MORE heat
than the good old moly style.  Just noticed recently RF Parts has a mention
about that too.

Metal anodes were produced by Eimac and China.

Graphite anodes were/are produced by Eimac, Amperex, Philps, and China.
