[Amps] HL-1.5Kfx Band Data Cable for Ten Tecs

TenTec (Orion, Orion II) band data outputs (one for each antenna jack)
are open collector, active low, one line per band.  In order to drive
an HL-1.5kfx one would probably need to build a one of 10 to binary
encoder of some kind to drive the Yaesu input on the amplifier.
