Why is two conductor 220 any different from two conductor 115 in the states? Older wiring here in the US has only two "pins", no ground pin and no polarization. A look at double insulated drills, computer power packs and wall warts show that they have two pin connectors and are not polarized or "grounded". Mike, W1NR
