[Amps] Large Variac controlling HV power supply

With a big transformer and plenty of filter C the regulation should be very 
good to start and a ~ 7.5 KVA Variac wont affect it much on SSB/CW.

I have one here on the 2M amp to keep the 3CX1000A7 and 4KV oil cap happy. 
The transformer is rated at 2A real CCS and it only runs 900ma.
