[Amps] Cleaning Tarnish Off Ceramic Tube

I gave Tarn-X a try, looks like it might work if I had a few days to do it.
Dipping the tube is not a good idea, I'd need a gallon of the stuff.

A couple of suggestions seem to be not available here, so I may just
learn to love the "patina", as it is called.

Doesn't look that bad, the 3-1000 on one side and the 4CX5000 on the
other side look neat and impresses non-Ham folks.
