[Amps] Alpha 76 "SNAP" noise

Thanks, looks like I got a timely warning I'll change them pronto.  Has 
anybody looked into this? You would think that a small breakdown / 
healing of the dielectric would be muffled by the can and not cause such 
a staccato snap.
