[Amps] Shipping SB200 with Tube Installed

Ive shipped literally hundreds of SB-200's around the world with tubes in 
the sockets. Bubble wrap or crushed newspaper works well but you have to get 
it on the sides, in between, under, over, and in front of them. Use enough 
so that the cover compresses the material a bit to add a bit extra pressure.
