[Amps] KPA500 Stuck in MCU load - after failed upgrade attempt

Jim,
  All good. Yes, i did get a call from Howard at elecraft.
  I had to get someone to direct connect a serial cable
  and run the Elecraft utility over teamviewer and was able to talk to 
the amp and
  load the new firmware.
