There are 13 used ones on eBay from the same seller with bidding
starting at .99 cents that I came across today at:

They appear to be in various states of physical condition in the photos.

According to the spec sheet, the YU-209 version is primarily for broadcast 
service but have the same specs as the ones sold for amateur use.
