[Amps] Info on HP power supply

Hello Bill,
Increasing the output voltage is pretty trivial, but one soon hits the
over voltage protection limit, I would dearly like to know how to
raise that limit a bit on both the 12 volt (say to 14V), and on the
48V ones.
