[Amps] YAESU VL-1000 (Quadra) Question

To add to Joe's info,

The earliest serial number I have for the FT-920 is production lot # 02 
manufactured in April of 1997
The Quadra is listed as an accessory in the FT-920 manual with a copyright 
of 1997
