Since when is the current 3-500ZG have a mu of 200? Looks to still be 130 from what Ive found at RFP and RFConcepts.The only higher ones Im aware of were the Amperex.Ive been very pleased with the RFC quality so far.CarlKM1H##  How old is the  good remaining tube ??    I would just buy a matched pair of new tubes and be done with it. 
Your chances of getting a 50-50  current split on an old eimac 3-500Z  with a mu of 130   vs a new 3-500Z  with a 
mu of 200   will not be very good. 

##  sell the remaining semi good oem tube to someone who has a 1 tube amp.
