Please make sure let you supplyer  show you the origional paper  box and 
Lot. Number, Don't  buy any new RUBYCON  NICHICON HITACHI  caps from 
Chinese. unless thy show you the lot. number on box.

But most used caps are not counterfeit  caps. This  is my experience.

The word going around is they are counterfeit Chinese caps.
Try and find an Internet presence for them.

K4POZ sells 390uF/450V/105°C capacitors at $2.75 each plus shipping.
They are not screw terminal jobs but that shouldn't matter.
