[Amps] WTD: LK-800-TNY mod documentation

This is the mod done by Bill Edwards, K4BWC (SK), at Omega Electronics; the 
amp itself now has a 120V power cord and the remote transformer box has a 
240VAC cable.

I have an amp in for service that I thought was a standard LK800A or 800C so 
it wont work with my stock dual HV voltage box. Before I ask the customer to 
ship his I thought Id ask here for help so I can modify mine without having 
to spend the time tracing wires in the interconnect cable.
