[Amps] Alpha 76A 3cpx800 Conversion Tuning?

Carl,

I have the RF Parts RFC-3.  I heard about using an Ameritron choke too, so they are really the same choke then.  

I was going to drill a new mounting hole and locate the new RFC in a spot with more clearance around it.  
Sounds like a slice of teflon between it and the blower would be much easier.

Rich is going to like reading about tweaking the coil spacing, sounds like just what he needs now.  

Thanks for the info Carl.  I have had this project on the back burner for some time.
