[Amps] Ham sells fine grit thing to clean contacts

Not with the el cheapo BY relay contacts we have today.
Might work with the old Telco relays (I have one of their
relay burnishing tools), but I wouldn't try it on modern
relays.

I use bond paper with a little De-Oxit on it, just enough
to dampen it.
