[Amps] High Voltage Wire

Joe, I have a hi pot tester with an internal Microammeter viewable thru a
plastic window in the case.The external + passes thru a hole in the case. A
teflon wire allowed  about 2-3 microamps at 9kv leakage to the case. I
replaced the wire with sparkplug wire and no measurable leakage now.
