It's orange on mine. I ran it for several years in class A, less than 
full power, into a 6m transverter. I was very active and never had a 
problem with it.

##  If you were using the MK-V to drive an external 6m transverter, you are
NOT using the 200 w HF final pa at all.   The only portion you are using is the transverter
output.   Which I believe is only something like 0dbm output.
