[Amps] Question about SPE 1.3K-FA amplifier

With third order IMD of only -32 dB PEP at *1000 W* this is
a seriously dirty amplifier.  There is no way it should be
advertised as a 1300 W amplifier as operating it at even
1000W is a good way to be unpopular with one's neighbors.
