[Amps] Dentron MLA 2500 choke value

  I  recently purchased a Dentron MLA 2500 for a conversion project. I installed the Harbach boards that Jeff offers and added a soft start. On board PC-1004 I found a fried choke. It is RFC 4 and looks like its what the bias is fed thru to the cathode. The manual I have is a copy and its hard to determine the value. They list it as a 15mh choke or is it a 1.5mh choke? Does anyone know the value of RFC 4?
