I can sell you a filament transformer from a SB-220 and that would solve the filament problem.



##  wont work.   The henry runs the fils in SERIES.   So they use a 10 V @  15A  fil xfmr ! 
It truly is a stupid idea, since then u can never operate the amp with just one tube installed, like
when trying to isolate a tube problem.   TL-922  does the same fubar. 

##  He  doesnt need a fil xfmr any way.    All he requires is a BUCK  xfmr with a   120 or  240 vac primary...and a 40 V  sec
and with a sec current rating at least equal to the max normal line current his amp draws... like  15-20 A
