[Amps] TenTec Centurion 422 Amp T/R Relay problem

I think the T/R relay is bad or damage.  In receive the signal from the
antenna passes through to the rig, But if I key the amp,  there is no
output.  It shows a high SWR.
My question to any 422 amp owners is:

How do I remove the 81545 relay board from the amp?
How do I "Test" the relay?
How can I find a replacement relay?

TT is no longer supplying parts or repairs on the 422 amp.
