[Amps] SB 220 Exploding Resistor

It was probably an arc in one of the uibes. Use an ohm meter and make 
sure there is no short between the plate caps and ground. Assuming 
there isn't, replace the resistor (usually 25 Ohm wire wound 25W) and 
try again.
