That's the parasitic suppressor. ;-)

Looks more like an audio amp to me. And note the blue gas glow. I wonder if
the filament is good? I guess his excuse to any buyer for it not working
will be "I told you I haven't had it on the air in awhile!"  But it
probably boils down to who gets killed by it first.
