I found on ebay a temp control thermostat  with digital temp readout,,,,$13
many adjustable parameters...  I use three of them to exhaust heat from
my cabinet mounted  #1 icom7800     #2  other stuff in cabinet, and#  3
above the exhausts of my acom2000A in the rear cabinet section.

next project will be to find 'no noise'  pwm controls to set  a basic 
slow speed
with the thermostat to kick to high speed,....

just put into ebauy search " 12vdc thermostat digital"
the ones i use are $12-17...
