Hmm, that makes me wonder if lowering the upper frequency would help.  It is
way more important to run a kilowatt on the lower bands (160, 80, 40), and
on 20, than on 17, 15, 12 or 10.  How much easier does the design become if
we select an upper frequency bound of 15 MHz instead of 30 MHz?
